I think one of the most popular indoor grills is the George Forman grill. For a more lean meat, the George Forman indoor grill is simply plugged in and heated electrically. It is built at an angle so that the grease from your food will drip out of the grill and into a little oblong bowl made for catching the grease to prevent a mess. The George Forman indoor grill is also easy to clean up after. Indoor grills are usually made on an easy to clean surface and the instructions tell you that all you need to do is wipe it down with a wet, clean paper towel. I prefer to use a soapy paper towel and then one without soap. But if you scrape at an indoor grill too much, the surface will loosed its texture—making it both harder to clean and less effective for your grilling needs.
