Gas grill burners
Gas grill burners are the main heat source for cooking.
They are usually made of stainless steel, aluminized steel or cast-iron.
They are hollow and have holes so that the gas can pass through them.
Gas grill burners come in different shapes. The best-selling burner
resembles an H on its side. Other shapes include figure 8 and bow tie
burners.
Gas grill burners mix gas with the air into tubes known as venturis.
These tubes can be removable or affixed permanently to the burner. There
is also a metal screen that covers the fresh air intake to prevent flames
from entering the tube.
