Gas Grill
Would it not be great to never run out of gas on your grill? Over
the last few years more and more gas powered outdoor appliances
have been out on the market. Patio heaters have become very popular
for homes and businesses alike, gas fireplaces, and of course gas
cooking equipment: like the gas grill. Grills have gotten much more
powerful than they ever were before. You could have to use a lot
to gas this way. You could be burning tank after tank of propane
if your grill is propane powered. However, it has been discovered
that natural gas will power your grill longer and perhaps even more
efficiently. Natural gas has many benefits; depending on where you
live, natural gas can be much cheaper than propane, perhaps even
a third the price of propane gas for each BTU. However, natural
gas has half the power of propane—but consider that it can
cost one-sixth as much or less than propane per volume. Since you
use twice as much, it is still a third the price of propane gas.
It is a fact that natural gas burns much cleaner than propane. Either
way, realize that there is a choice to make between whichever type
of gas you use on your gas grill.
