Charcoal Grill

Charcoal Grill You can clean your charcoal grill every time you use it. Most people just dump the ashes out, even though they could clean up completely. No matter how often you are cleaning your charcoal grill, if you have a wire brush handy it will make your cleaning easier when you do clean it. It is very important to do cleaning, even if you have an ash-catcher on your grill. As a general rule, one should always clean up after cooking. It is recommended that you clean the grate and brush out ashes every time you grill, just as you would always clean your pots and pans or other cooking essentials. If you do not clean often, you may have a less than preferable flavor on whatever you grill. The smoke of the charcoal will always provide that smoky flavor you love. Even get down there sometimes and really scrape the icky stuff that just seems to make a mess on the bottom of your grill, you will need something very abrasive. At the very least give it a thorough spring-cleaning each year. If you do that your grill will last for a long time and will always make great food. Got some scratches? Want some touch-up paint? The guys at the hardware store will know exactly what that is. This will also help keep your grill alive and running well for years to come.
